The sheet below works, for the most part; closing the "sales period" columns will mess up the last few columns when and if you turn them back on. In which case, you just need to press "Show All" and refresh the page. I believe the table should save your place when you refresh it.
Assets with a "?!" in the "Notes" column have an entry on the "Asset Notes" page; you can reach it in the navigation at the top.
